Стаття присвячена розгляду інформаційного фронту української держави в розрізі парадигми російсько-української війни. Державна інформаційна політика як показав досвід не лише України, а в принципі загальносвітові події 1990-их та 2000-их (наприклад Іракська війна), має грати одне із клю- чових місць серед стратегій впливу на інші держави, а також для так званого
«продажу інтересів держави закордоном». Тому у цій статті буде розглянуто як російські пропагандистські стратегії вплинули на ситуацію сприйняття України як держави на міжнародній арені як і під час 2014–2023 років, так і на більш ранній стадії – початку незалежності нашої держави.
