ЕМІГРАЦІЙНО-ІММІГРАЦІЙНИЙ БАЛАНС У ФОРМУВАННІ НОВОЇ ІММІГРАЦІЙНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ПОРТУГАЛІЇ (ІСТОРИЧНІ, ЗАКОНОДАВЧІ ТА ІНСТИТУЦІЙНІ ЗМІНИ 1974-1986 РОКІВ)

У статті розглядаються політичні зміни, які відбувалися у Португалії у 1974-1986 роках та їх вплив на міграційні процеси в країні. Надається аналіз еміграційним і імміграційним процесам у країні та їх впливу на формування законодавчих і інституційних механізмів роботи з мігрантами у Португалії. Аналізуються громадянські реакції на зміни у національному складі португальського суспільства та національному законодавстві, спрямовані на їх упорядкування. Досліджуються особливості формування португальської еміграційно-іммігрційної моделі.
