Summary: The problem of Chinese migration to the territory of the USSR and the Ukrainian SSR in the 20-ies of the XX century and the position of the Chinese workers, who worked in the mines of Donetsk are left unattended by the historical science. However, with great prospects on the basis of the local history research. This article based on the archive informations and describes the general financial and legal status of the Chinese ethnic group in the 20-ies of the XX century in the Soviet Ukraine. It reveals the role of human rights by the Union of Chinese workers and its activities on the territory of Ukraine.
