СПРОБА ДІАЛОГУ РАДЯНСЬКОЇ ВЛАДИ З НІМЕЦЬКИМИ КОЛОНІСТАМИ: КІЛЬКА ОРИГІНАЛЬНИХ ДОКУМЕНТІВ З ФОНДІВ ДАЗО

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to lighten the new aspects of the relationships between the Sovjet authority and the German colonists, to describe some methods of bolshevist’s technology of gaining and restraining the power in 1920s. One of such methods used by Soviets was the propaganda. The analysis of the “soviet discourse”, used by the studying the German peasants’ meeting protocols, written in German, helps to understand and to describe the intentions of the soviet officials, from the one side and the German colonists, from the other side; to clear up some features of the soviet politics towards national minorities, which can’t be observed only on the basis of description of the economical or social processes and political events; and to show the populists character of the bolshevists measures.
