Licensing Terms for the Use of Copyrighted Works

The journal adheres to the principles of Open Science and the free exchange of knowledge, providing immediate and unrestricted access to all publications. All content is available free of charge to individual users and institutions immediately upon the release of each issue.

Copyright

Editorial policy is founded on respect for the intellectual property of researchers:

  • Retention of Rights: Authors retain the copyright to their scientific works and grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication.

  • Moral Rights: Authors maintain their personal moral rights, which are non-alienable and cannot be transferred or inherited.

  • Right to Protection: Authors have the right to claim authorship, ensure the integrity of the text, and oppose any distortion or modification of the work.

  • Subsequent Use: The reuse of article materials in the author’s future works is permitted, provided that the data has been obtained lawfully.

The publisher permits the author to deposit the final version of the article (Author’s Accepted Manuscript - AAM) in an institutional or thematic repository, where it is available via open access, ensuring maximum visibility and impact of the publication.

Licensing and Terms of Non-Commercial Use

Publications are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. In accordance with the journal’s policy, the primary objective of licensing is to support non-commercial scientific activity.

Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, and adapt the materials, provided they comply with the following requirements:

  • Attribution: Mandatory citation of the authors and the original publication in the journal, including the DOI.

  • Link to the License: Provision of a direct link to the CC BY 4.0 license text.

  • Indication of Changes: A clear indication of whether any changes or modifications were made to the original work.

  • Non-Commercial Focus: The materials are intended for use by other researchers primarily for non-commercial scientific purposes.
