Ратификация Конституции США 1787 г. в штате Нью-Йорк: внешнеполитическая проблематика В статье анализируется внешнеполитическая проблематика во время ратификации Конституции 1787 г. в штате Нью-Йорк. Выявлены и исследованы специфические положения взглядов антифедералистов и федералистов, которые были опубликованы в периодической печати: “Publius”, “Phili-Publius”, “Americanus”, “Curtius”, “Fabius”, “Cincinnatus”, “Brutus”, “Cato”, “Federal Farmer”, “A Countryman”, “Plebian”. Осуществлен сравнительный анализ позиций по внешнеполитическим вопросам сторонников и противников ратификации “основного закона” на заседаниях конвента штата.
