РАТИФИКАЦИЯ КОНСТИТУЦИИ США 1787 г. В ПЕНСИЛЬВАНИИ: ВНЕШНЕПОЛИТИЧЕСКАЯ ПРОБЛЕМАТИКА

В статье рассматривается внешнеполитическая проблематика во время ратификации Конституции 1787 г. в штате Пенсильвания. Выявлены и проанализированы специфические положения взглядов федералистов и антифедералистов, которые были опубликованы в периодических изданиях штата. Был проведен сравнительный анализ позиций сторонников и противников ратификации Конституции на заседаниях конвента по внешнеполитической проблематике. Освещен вопрос о внешнеполитической проблематике в общественно-политическом развитии штата от ратификации Конституции до проведения первых федеральных выборов в Конгресс.
